How an Indonesian manufacturing giant successfully revolutionized a Product Catalog project to manage their product information

PT Eigerindo Multi Product Indonesia is a manufacturer based in Bandung, Indonesia, who are designers and manufacturer of the brand EIGER and BODYPACK. They’re best known for their outdoors fashion wear and gears, which is 1 of the top brands in Indonesia and all Southeast Asia.

They have embarked on a Product Catalog project to implement Docuflo DMS Enterprise to manage their products information and media assets. Now with a safer and more centralized repository, all the product’s assets will be archived, and versioning will be applied for the ease of collaboration.

With the implementation of a universal viewer, their users can now view the product asset’s thumbnail before opening it. Not only that, their product assets can also be viewed and/or streamed over the browser, without having to download it, making it much faster and easier to work on.

The Product Catalog module enables the push product assets to any online marketplace environment through the API, where the suitable resolution and size of the products can be selected based on the different online marketplace requirements.
