Application Manager

  • Lead a solution delivery team to carry out large scale of ERP project implementation.

  • Oversee management of projects and manage delivery of services within own areas of expertise to ensure timeliness and quality standards are met.

  • Have initiative and problem solving skills with an ability to adapt to a volatile working environment.

  • Provide technical direction for the development, design and systems integration from definition phase to implementation.

  • Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate technical solutions and continually innovate to increase customer satisfaction.

  • To conduct training sessions with team members so that they can be equipped with new knowledge and skills to provide good support to user.

  • Provide oversight and management to the IT Application team to deliver IT services

  • Assesses user needs to provide support and proactive service, including analysis of opportunities in order to take advantage of available tools 

  • Negotiates resolution of conflicting requirements across the agencies and/or departments 

  • Develops relevant metrics, measures and publishes the performance of the services provided and enables continuous improvement activities in collaboration with peer groups 

  • Works closely with all other IT management personnel in identifying, evaluating, selecting, and implementing specific information technologies that support the business plans and IT strategies

  • Keeps abreast of new developments and forecasts future trends in the area of application integration

  • Prepares analysis and or proposals for other enterprise departments when necessary.

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in related field.

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Technology.

  • Strong experience in project implementation and support.

Business Process Application Engineers

  • Work in team development to develop and maintain functionalities that meet the specifications of the technical and functional design.

  • Deliver applications on time and work under pressure.

  • Deliver stable, reliable and scalable applications.

  • Perform application support to customers and attend to support issues escalated.

  • Perform deployment and implementation during project execution.

  • Review requirements to provide timeline and effort estimation for development.

  • Communicate directly with customers while investigating or providing problem resolution.

  • Provide user and technical training on products and services offered by the Company.

  • Support for Research & Development of products and services offered by the Company.

  • Required programming skill(s): ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, Java or equivalent

  • Depth understands to the BPMS Process for browser, security and integration interface and Workflow process in Any Industries, added value in Financial Industry.

Development Manager

  • Responsible for planning team work to execute project and deliver quality software products.

  • Leads the execution of the team’s objective, personal development plan and ensures full command and responsibilities for the people in their team.

  • Coordinate the work across several teams from several countries.

  • Responsible for production of solution and software architecture and communication of the architecture to development teams to enable the efficient build of the solutions.

  • Manages the resource allocation to ensure development work are optimally assigned according to developer skills and expertise so that assigned task can be completed on time with high quality.

  • Build a highly skilled and engaged workforce to develop and support, by aligning resource plan with business objectives.  Recruit, select, and develop talent.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with solutions delivery peers and other IT Delivery partners.

  • Oversea project progress, critical program development, integration issued and function design concerns that could impact the timeline or quality of implementations.

  • Build effective relationships with local IT sourcing partners in order to successfully compliment delivery capabilities and ensure consistent and continued team capacity.

  • Responsible for ensuring that implementation work follows established standards, processes, application guidelines and technical architecture to ensure high quality of deliverables and stability of the platforms.

  • Proven experience in building, leading, mentoring and managing a team of technical specialist.

  • Motivate team and prepare individuals for growth opportunities and advancement.

  • Provide and be accountable for quality, cost and scheduling estimates from the team.  Acts as a change agent, initiating appropriate changes within the broader Compliance Tools development team to support business growth, reduce operational costs, and /or improve service levels.

  • Demonstrate customer centricity by working closely together with the internal customer.

  • Organize an efficient handover through high quality documentation and training.

  • Required to meet customers to ensure solutions deployed meet customer needs.

  • 8-10 years of IT development experience in a (preferably) international setting, 4 years of which in a team lead position.

  • Excellent people and project management skills.

  • Excellent planning and organizing skills to develop a systematic approach towards problem solving.

  • Excellent English written and communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management in groups and one-on-one.

  • Displays a strong work ethic and good sense of prioritization.

  • Lead by example Energetic, attentive to detail and good negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Hands-on experience in the past with a modern java software stack (Angular JS, Spring, Oracle)

  • Experience in stetting up an using modern development tolls like continuous build engines and integrating it as part of the process.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

  • At least 10 years of working experience in software development (Java) is required for this position.

  • At least 6 years of people management experience having directly managed a minimum team size of 6 software engineers and more is required for this position.

  • Scrum master with people management experience are welcome to apply.

  • Good understanding of software development methodologies; with good process/ project management knowledge.

  • Possess proven leadership tract record, strong communication, management, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Portal Application Engineers

Senior .NET Developer

  • Develop web based applications on .NET and C#, ASP .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MVC, Web Services, Stored Procedures, and Reporting Tools

  • Analyse end-user requirements, develop customized software, test program, and manage changes in application solutions and services.

  • Prepare deliverable to support the development and deployment of the solution such as application guides, user manual.

  • Diagnose issues and perform bug fixes/software maintenance/configurations.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation of own work.

  • Provide maintenance support to customers (internal and / or external) by investigating and rectifying reported system shortcomings.

  • Perform and manage stages of the SDLC and involvement in system review with Project Manager.

  • Provide technical guidance to junior colleagues.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant fields.

  • Excellent knowledge in web application development such as ASP .NET, HTML5, CSS, Javascript is a must.

  • Experience in Cross-Platform Mobile Application Development is an advantage.

  • Excellent knowledge in web portal development and deployment for financial institutions with focus on performance, security (cyber security) and good customer / user experience is an advantage.

  • Excellent knowledge in workflow development with experience in BPM tools, connectivity to several back end system like financial CTOS, CRIS, regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering, etc.

  • Background in IOS/Android is an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 3 years of development experience in Microsoft .NET, C# and Microsoft SQL Server.

  • Proficient in Computer Algorithm.

  • Sharp analytical abilities, problem solving techniques, proven design skills and track record of delivery.

  • Able to multi-tasked and work prioritized , good time management and ability to work under pressure.

  • Required language(s) : English (Primary), Malay, Chinese.

  • Having mobile application experience is added advantage.

  • Must be self-motivated, able to learn quickly, meet deadlines and demonstrate problem solving skills.  Demonstrate willingness to explore and learn new technologies.

  • Ability to perform under pressure and with minimal supervision.

  • Willingness to travel to customer site when required.

Senior Support Engineer

  • Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.

  • Perform application support to customers and attend to support issues escalated.

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of products and services offered by the Company.

  • Communicate directly with customers while investigating or providing problem resolution.

  • Provide customer service via phone and email system.

  • Log incident and queries that are issued to the Service Desk over the phone or via email.

  • Act as a single point of contact for all the incidents and queries and escalate accordingly.

  • Address and prioritize issues depending on urgency according to pre-defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Monitor Service Desk records and analyse reports, taking preventative action to ensure Service Levels are met across the IT operational group.

  • Track issues and keep customer updated and well informed about the status of the issues.

  • Document incident reports for internal and external customers.

  • Track customer’s software maintenance subscription purchase & renewal status.

  • Contact and notify customer of incoming expiration to software maintenance contract (60 days in advance).

  • Propose software maintenance renewal to customer and generate quotes accordingly

  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely maintenance renewal.

  • Follow up with finance to ensure the maintenance PO/Invoice generated is recorded in the tracking sheet.

  • Provide inputs to sales/pre-sales or other teams on maintenance related terms & conditions.

  • Provide up-to-date report about the validity of the company’s maintenance status to management when requested including forecast of revenue for upcoming renewal.

  • Suggest improvements to the company’s software maintenance process.

  • Maintain and keep the company’s standard maintenance agreements up-to-date based on latest industry standard practice.

  • Ensure that agreed preventive maintenance visits are carried out on schedule time and meaningful reports are produced and submitted to customer and company salesman.’

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in related field.

  • ITIL – certified practitioner is preferred.

  • Proficiency in both written & spoken language : English (primary), Malay, Chinese.

  • Technical Requirements :

    • Basic Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server

    • Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server

    • Basic networking experience

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tolls (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Software Developer

  • As a team player in developing and maintaining functionalities that meet the specifications of the technical and functional design.

  • Must be able to deliver a stable, reliable and scalable application.

  • To review requirements to provide a timeline estimate for coding.

  • Work cooperatively with the team to ensure quality of product.

  • Work mainly on Java development.

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Required skill(s): Java,.NET / IOS 

  • Will be an advantage if experience in: Struts, Hibernate, Velocity.

  • Good communication skills (written and oral) in English.

  • Possess strong interpersonal skill and independence in handling multiple tasks.

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Results oriented, focuses on achieving well defined results within agreed timeline.

  • Able to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

Support Engineer

  • To provide technical support and maintenance for in-house systems and hardware that includes installation, configuration, upgrading, troubleshooting, performance monitoring and problem solving.

  • Providing guidance of how to solve problems and questions;

  • Providing at all times a professional, courteous and rapid response to the clients;

  • To initiate and solve experience, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Windows Server, familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word and Excel) and basic networking experience,

  • Complex technical issues, adhere to the provided Service Level Agreements.

  • Follow instruction are compulsory.

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant fields.

  • At least 4-6 years experiences in customer support field, of which, at least 2 years must be in the support team or development team.

  • ITIL-Certified practitioner is preferred.

  • Proficiency in both written & spoken language: English (Primary), Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.

  • Required skill(s): Microsoft .NET product.

  • Experience in working with complex hardware & software environment with client-server based architecture.

  • Willingness to travel to customer site when required.

  • Willing to work over time or weekend if require.

  • Able to work independence with less guideline.

  • Vb.net Basic development knowledge are required.
