Business Process Management (BPM) is an effective methodology to make certain that business processes are efficient and effective, thus resulting in a better and more cost-efficient organization. Business process management covers how we study, identify, model, change, optimise, automate business processes and monitor to ensure they run smoothly and can be improved over time. It analyses the current state and identifies areas of improvement to create a more efficient and effective organization. Process analytics provides visibility into bottlenecks, throughput and performance of these processes and allow actions to be taken for optimisation.
